College is a culture because the students share experiences and to a certain extent values and fashion. College students share the same fashion style, a combination of cheap and fashionable. College students tend to have different values from when they arrived on campus due to meeting so many types of people. It's the shared experiences that cause college students to grow similar forming their own culture.
